Juan Carlos Suarez

Juan Carlos has been in the real estate business since 1999. Growing up in a family of developers in Mexico, he and his wife moved to California in 1994, where he got his feet wet by putting together his first deal: a 48-unit new construction apartment building—all while completing a Master's in Business Administration at UCLA. After graduating with a focus on real estate investment, he worked for several years with a major Los Angeles apartment syndicator on their acquisitions and closing team. Identifying the growth opportunity in Texas, he moved with his wife and three young children to McAllen in 2002, right on the southern Texas border with Mexico, where he continued to build an investment portfolio specializing in unique apartment and single-family rental properties. After moving to San Antonio, he has continued his involvement in residential real estate investments and is now an active sales agent.
