Marcelino Garcia

Marcelino is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a degree in education and honed his business skills as an executive in the pharmaceutical industry across both U.S. and Latin American markets. With extensive experience in commercial real estate, developed through CCIM and KW Commercial, he operates throughout the San Antonio and Texas markets. As a generalist in commercial real estate, he assists both local and foreign investors in buying and selling various investment products, including land, multi-family units, NNN investments, warehousing, storage units, retail, and medical office buildings. Marcelino also conducts training workshops for small business owners at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) Small Business Development Center, focusing on leasing, buying, and selling in the current market. Additionally, he serves as a mentor to UTSA Real Estate Finance students on their Senior Real Estate Project.
