The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®) recently released its annual Top 250 Latino Agents Report, recognizing outstanding Latino real estate agents from around the country. Out of roughly a dozen San Antonio agents who made the report (and 700+ applicants), KWSA agents Zach Castillo, Rossana Correa, Phillip Lopez, Norma Lira, and Jeff Garza were recognized. All are repeat winners and were amongst the national winners in 2017.
An annual award honoring agents who are “making a massive impact in their respective markets and facilitating the dream of homeownership a reality for thousands of families," the Top 250 report includes rankings of top millennial agents, top individual agents by volume, and top agents by major market regions. For the first time, the NAHREP Top 250 also recognized the top Latino-led teams.
Selected based on their total transactions and total volume for 2017, Castillo, Lopez, Lira, Garza, and Correa are recognized by the NAHREP not only for transactional numbers, but for their hard work, dedication, leadership, and commitment to their craft.
Zach Castillo
Rankings: No. 30 Top Latino Real Estate Team (units sold), No 45 Top Latino Real Estate Team (volume), No. 6 Millennial Latino Real Estate Teams (units sold).
CEO and Realtor of The Castillo Group, Castillo specializes in condominiums, urban real estate, residential homes, historic properties, relocations, and income producing properties. Castillo is an accredited buyer’s agent and closed 168 properties in 2017.
Phillip Lopez
Rankings: No. 85 Top Latino Real Estate Team (units sold), No 95 Top Latino Real Estate Team (volume), No. 16 Millennial Latino Real Estate Teams (units sold).
CEO and Realtor at The Lopez Group, Lopez specializes in luxury homes, waterfront properties, condominiums, urban real estate, residential homes, historic properties, relocations, and income producing properties. He is a Certified Military Residential Specialist, Graduate of the REALTOR Institute, Military Relocation Professional, and Certified Buyer’s Agent. In 2018, Lopez closed 86 properties.
Norma Lira
Rankings: No. 86 Top Latino Real Estate Team (units sold), No 99 Top Latino Real Estate Team (volume).
Co-founder and Realtor at Lira Property Group, Lira specializes in luxury homes, condominiums, residential homes, historic properties, and income-producing properties in the North East, North, and North West San Antonio areas as well as in Schertz and Cibolo. She has earned the designations of Broker Price Opinion Resource, Military Relocation Professional, Certified Buyers Agent, and Accredited Staging Professional. In 2018, Lira closed 84 properties.
Rossana Correa
Rankings: No. 93 Top Latino Real Estate Team (units sold)
A licensed real estate salesperson at The Misty Wood Team, Correa specializes in residential properties in the North East, North, and North West areas of San Antonio, as well as the southern part of the Hill Country. Correa is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute, is a Certified Buyers Agent, and closed 68 properties in 2018.
Jeff Garza
Rankings: No. 95 Top Latino Real Estate Team (units sold)
A licensed real estate salesperson at Centralplex Home Group, Garza specializes in residential properties in the North East, North, and North West area of San Antonio as well as in Schertz/Cibolo, and the southern Hill Country. Garza is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute and closed 66 properties in 2018.
